Nanotechnology has emerged as a revolutionary approach in biomedical engineering, particularly in the development of advanced drug delivery systems. By utilizing nanocarriers such as liposomes, dendrimers, and nanoparticles, we can improve the solubility and bioavailability of drugs, enable targeted delivery to specific cells or tissues, and reduce systemic side effects.
