Abstract

This paper explores the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the realm of smart contracts and blockchain technology, emphasizing the automation of agreements and the enhancement of contract execution efficiency. As digital transactions increasingly dominate the global economy, smart contracts offer a robust framework for automating and securing contractual agreements without intermediaries. This study investigates the integration of AI algorithms within smart contracts to enhance their functionality, including predictive analytics for contract performance, natural language processing for contract interpretation, and machine learning for adaptive compliance monitoring. Through a comprehensive analysis of current implementations and case studies, the paper highlights the potential benefits, such as increased transparency, reduced operational costs, and minimized fraud risk. Additionally, we address the challenges and ethical considerations associated with deploying AI in blockchain environments, including data privacy concerns and the need for regulatory frameworks. Ultimately, this research aims to provide insights into the synergy between AI and blockchain technology, offering a forward-looking perspective on the future of automated agreements in an increasingly digital landscape.
